Yes, you can! Choose the "Free Local Pickup" option at checkout. Once you've placed your order, we'll have it ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We'll notify you when it's ready.
After that, just inform your chosen shipping service provider with the pickup date and your order number.
Free Local Pickup Instructions
At checkout
- Choose ‘Local Pickup’ as your delivery method.
- Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm (excluding holidays).
- Location: 12922 115 Ave, Surrey, BC V3R 0E2.
- When you arrive, please call (604) 238-4188 and give your order number to us.
Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email to confirm your purchase.
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email
notification confirming your order is ready for pickup. - Once you receive the ‘order is ready for pickup’ email notification, you’re good to head to our location during pickup hours.
