Returns and Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method. Note that shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund and Exchange Process
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if there is anything we can do to help regarding your order! If you would simply like to refund or exchange your order, we will assist you with processing y our request.
Send your order to our return shipping address below and we will notify you once we receive your return package and inform you of the approval or rejection within business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If an order is found to be defective, damaged, or fulfilled incorrectly due to our error, exchanges may be processed for the same item(s).
For damaged items, the customer is responsible for filing a report with the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt and refusing delivery, followed by an email notification to us at email@example.com.
Note that ALNA reserves the right to request documentation and/or photo verification of damaged items prior to refund or exchange.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and/or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. ALNA reserve the right for final decision to a refund request.
